·              Worked with CIS team to document and deploy Reverse Proxy to external facing websites

Project Engineer/ Systems Engineer Sr– Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) IS&P: June 2008 – Present

·               Lead Systems Engineer on FBM War Reserve & Related Material (WR&RM) project including work flows and Systems Engineering Requirements documents

·               Worked with Strategic Weapons Facilities (SWFs) Nuclear Weapons Accountability Officers (NWAOs) and Navy Liaison Officer (NLO) in collecting the WR&RM requirements.

·               Provides live technical support to NWRM Community across 12 Navy sites.

·               Risk Identification and Mitigation associated with Projects.

·               Program Schedule development, deployment and completion.

·               Conducted weekly and bi-weekly project review meetings to discuss the overall progress of projects and realign resources to resolve technical issues and problems.

·               Created, Presented & Implemented complete Systems Engineering Concepts including ConOps, Requirements, Design, System Readiness Review (SRR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), Operational Readiness Review (ORR) and Post Implementation Reviews (PIR).

·               Provided Systems Engineering knowledge on a number of FBM projects.

·               Lead a team of developers and dbas to retire a mainframe system to BI and Oracle thus saving the company approx. $700,000.

 

·  Lockheed Martin – Enterprise Business Services

Systems Engineer – Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS) Technical Lead: May 2005 – June 2008

·               Heavily involved in managing and implementing the SBIRS LiveLink environment, saving the company approximately $1 million a year.

·               Direct contact with the customer (US Air Force) and involved in on site customer training.

·               Trained approximately 1000 SBIRS program users on the Sunnyvale campus.

·               Provided live technical support to around 2200 SBIRS program users.

·               Provided system enhancement as per customer requirements with a very short turnaround time.

·               Fulfilled Systems Engineering role for the IDE / WGC Implementation.

·               Fully managed and implemented the classified SBIRS web environment, saving the company approx. $400,000 a year.

 

·  Hewlett Packard/Manpower              

QA Technician/Team Lead: August 2004 – May 2005

·               Fully managed, finished and submitted the proposal for a new product, saving the company approx $350,000.

·               Managed a team of eight people and responsible for the completion of numerous projects under the given time frame.

·               Responsible for fulfilling document requests relating to in-house engineering submissions while also meeting deadlines for assigned projects, both individual and team..

·               Software quality assurance and testing experience in a wide variety of environments.

·               Functionality, compatibility, reliability, usability, installation, security and related test methodologies.

·               QA and testing processes, test strategies and plans, and bug documentation and regression.

·               Experience in software testing, test documentation, designing test plans, and test procedures for integration testing, system tests, acceptance testing, and regression testing throughout the software life cycle.
